Booking & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or full session charge. Location flexibility is offered based on setup needs; in-home visits are not guaranteed.

Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be required to secure bookings and are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs within the required notice period.

Client Conduct
