 Due to the customized nature of hair units and coaching, we offer tailored solutions. Services and refunds are not guaranteed.

 If you have concerns about your service, please get in touch with us within 3 days. We’ll work with you to find a compassionate resolution, whether that’s a partial refund, credit toward a future session, or a follow-up appointment.​

Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred if rescheduling occurs with proper notice. 

  • We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can honor your time and ours.

  • Your well-being matters. If you're navigating something sensitive, feel free to leave a note. We’ll hold space for you with care.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee, unless due to an emergency or health concerns. We trust your judgment.

  • Thank you for respecting our time and energy. We look forward to reconnecting when you're ready.
