Because hair units and coaching are customized services, refunds are not guaranteed. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 3 days so we can review the situation and determine next steps.

Deposits:

Some services require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non‑refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule with proper notice.

Cancellations:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee, except in emergencies or health‑related situations.
